I’m getting throttled by Andy on a bet.  The acquisition may be my last card to save face.  Expect less awesome blogging from Hagans and more of him swapping out wheels for me at the track.

    Doubtful we will come to terms. I am demanding a 20x revenue multiple (20 * 0), and Brian won’t go above a 2x revenue multiple (2 * 0).

    I just think we’re too far apart to do a deal.
