Competitive Webmastering

I’ve always enjoyed John Andrew’s takes on Threadwatch, but I’ve been reading his Competitive Webmastering blog lately and so should you.  Add it to your reader if you know what’s good for you.

I absolutely love the term “competitive webmastering.”  That’s the best coining of what we do all day and why we do it.  At some point, if you are any good, it becomes less about the scratch you are taking home than putting the wood to the other guys (who are often people who’ve met and enjoyed an alcoholic beverage with) in your market.

Read his blog this weekend and get your head right.
