Tipd.com: One of my favorite domains gets a timely launch

Today, we launched Tipd.com, a community for personal finance, real estate, and economics. Tipd.com was this great little domain I fell in love with at Snapnames, so I gobbled it up. While I didn’t have the development bandwidth to do anything with it now, fortunately some really smart and talented guys like Andy and Mu did. And, boy, did we we trip into an amazing time to launch a community for personal finance.

If you enjoy finance, real estate, and economics, get in there and participate.

    Thanks, Cam. Drudge had Monica Lewinsky. YouTube had Lazy Sunday. Maybe Tipd will emerge from the global financial meltdown.

    Nice launch btw! Great domain, great coverage. We’ve been fans since day 1. I have my copywriters spamming it frequently (think you call it “submitting a story”). Lots of economy shit happening now, hope to see a Tip’d article get spun to the front page of some major paper.
